Jordan Ringel is a senior partner of the firm and he has represented domestic and international businesses and individuals in industries as varied as media, advertising, entertainment, banking, and steel. His areas of substantial experience include mergers and acquisitions and related financing, banking, project finance, utilization of U.S. Government guarantee programs, business planning, partnerships, corporate reorganization and workouts, commercial law, production and distribution in the domestic and international entertainment industry (including televisions, movies, cable, radio, and home video), and the negotiation and development of executive compensation packages.
Mr. Ringel also has extensive experience in structuring deals and negotiating agreements for the establishment of new businesses and joint ventures, and for the expansion and restructuring of existing operations in the United States and abroad.
Mr. Ringel is a former Chairman of the National Kidney Foundation.
Mr. Ringel is a graduate of Brown University (A.B. 1958) and New York University School of Law (J.D. 1961).
