The Firm handles a wide range of matters for its banking clients, including regulatory, corporate, compliance and governance matters, as well as the preparation of a full range of loan, credit, security and pledge agreements, guarantees and related lending documents. The Firm regularly advises our clients and documents syndicated loans, participation financing, real estate-secured and asset-based lending, financing for stock and asset acquisitions, restructuring of U.S. and foreign indebtedness, receivable financing, currency and interest rate swaps, and export finance. The Firm also has extensive experience in enforcing and defending lenders’ rights in the courts.
