This group assists clients with their intellectual property rights from conception through exploitation. Our lawyers advise clients on issues including design, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, licensing and retail sales. We handle administrative prosecutions of trademark applications and copyright registrations; manage transactions involving trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets and know-how; and draft non-disclosure, licensing and distribution agreements.

We are experienced in selecting the most effective means of protecting such rights including the prosecution and defense of objections to trademark applications and copyright registrations. Our attorneys are familiar with the negotiations, drafting, prosecution and defense of non-disclosure, distribution and license agreements and in representing clients in connection with trade secrets and unfair competition claims.

We also develop and manage anti-counterfeiting programs and litigate matters involving famous trademarks and copyrighted works and ecommerce, including designs applied to industrial manufacturing and fashion. Our attorneys have developed and managed enforcement programs at national and international levels for trademark and copyright owners in fields ranging from video games to high fashion clothing and accessories.

We have successfully brought civil actions against counterfeiters and infringers of trademarks and copyrights, we have executed civil seizure orders throughout the United States and we have obtained judgments for damages and injunctive relief.
