The real estate practice group has extensive experience in the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, management, and development of commercial, retail, industrial, hotel, and residential properties. The group also collaborates with other attorneys in the firm on transactions and litigations that may involve real property issues.

We regularly assist our clients with respect to the acquisition, financing, and sale of commercial, residential and agricultural properties throughout the United States.

The real estate group also regularly assists its clients with respect to the acquisition, financing, and sale of commercial properties.

Commercial leasing is currently one of the most active areas of our practice, where the firm generally, but not exclusively, acts as counsel to tenants. We have negotiated retail, restaurant, warehouse, industrial and office leases. We have completed lease transactions for many European high-end luxury fashion companies in virtually every significant shopping area, shopping center and outlet center in the United States, have negotiated architectural and construction agreements and have been involved in the resolution of related issues. We help our clients to address their space needs by negotiating leases, extensions and renewals, as well as advising them regarding possible exit strategies and negotiating surrenders, subleases, assignments and commission agreements.

Over the years, we have developed substantial experience in the representation of architects and architectural firms at all levels and in all aspects of their practices.
