Alberto Canton

Alberto Canton is an Associate in the corporate practice of the firm, specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on international transactions.

Alberto earned his law degree from Bocconi University in 2021, where he wrote his thesis on American contract law under the guidance of Professor emeritus Attilio Guarneri. In 2022, he obtained his LLM from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, graduating with the Dean’s Academic Excellence Award.

During his time at USC Gould, Mr. Canton served as a Teaching Assistant for the “Legal Profession” course and actively participated in the Global Investment Society and Business Law Society. Alberto is also member of Phi Kappa Phi, in recognition of his academic achievements.

In 2024, Mr. Canton completed a secondment in the corporate practice of Trevisan & Cuonzo Avvocati, a leading Italian law firm specializing in commercial law and intellectual property litigation, based in Milan.

Fluent in both English and Italian, Alberto is admitted to the NY Bar.
