Alessandro Saracino

Alessandro Saracino is a partner in the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice group and its intellectual property practice. He is involved in all aspects of the intellectual property practice including prosecutions of trademarks, copyright registrations, litigation, enforcement and licensing. He has litigated actions for the protection of famous trademarks and of copyrighted works on behalf of fashion and other designers and manufacturers.

Mr. Saracino was born in Rome, Italy, and educated in Italy, England and the United States. He received the J.D. equivalent in 1983 from the University of Rome’s La Sapienza School of Law, and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, with concentration in intellectual property and litigation, in 1989. He is co-editor of the Italian Chapter of International eCommerce: Business and Legal Issues (CCH 2001).

Mr. Saracino is fluent in Italian and Spanish.

Mr. Saracino is admitted to the New York Bar.
